Refund Policy

We want the refund rule to be clear before you place an order. Our service involves manual review and personalized work.
Before work starts
You may request a refund before we start reviewing your submitted trip details. Contact hello@chinatriphelper.com as soon as possible.
After work starts
For the report service, once we have started reviewing your submitted trip details, prepared your report, or delivered your report, refunds are generally not available.
For the support service, once we have first contacted you, sent the essentials checklist, or started answering your pre-trip questions, refunds are generally not available.
Buying close to arrival
The 3-day support service ends when you arrive in China, even if fewer than 3 days have passed. Buying shortly before arrival may reduce the time available for support and does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Exceptional cases may be considered individually.
Payment issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the email used for your order so we can review the payment record.
