By submitting a question to China Trip Helper, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

A question-and-answer service for travelers planning a trip to China. You may ask one question per submission and will receive a personal reply by email within 72 hours, free of charge. Answers are written by a real person based in China.

Free service and optional priority service

The standard service is free. You may optionally request the priority service: up to 5 questions with a personal reply within 24 hours, for US$19.90. There is no online payment on this site — if you select the priority option, we first email you simple payment instructions, and nothing is charged unless you complete that payment. If you change your mind, your first question is still answered free within 72 hours.

Use of your questions

As described in the privacy policy and the consent checkbox, your questions may be anonymized and used to improve our guides and free AI assistant. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Service boundaries

We share travel preparation guidance based on public information and local experience. We do not provide legal, visa, immigration, medical, emergency, or real-time on-trip assistance, and we do not sell tour packages. We cannot guarantee payment platform approvals, entry outcomes, bookings, or the continued accuracy of third-party rules and services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking official requirements, protecting your documents, making bookings, and making final travel decisions. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, passport images, or other sensitive account details by email, WeChat, or screenshot.
