By purchasing a China Trip Helper service, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
What we provide
The report service includes an English written report with an essentials checklist, preparation review, personalized recommendations, and answers to up to 5 questions. The support service includes an essentials checklist and a 3-day pre-trip text support window by email and WeChat. The support service does not include a personalized report.
Delivery timing
The 72-hour report delivery period begins after you submit your complete trip details and questions. For the support service, Haojie will contact you within 24 hours after you submit your trip details. The 3-day support window begins with the first contact and ends when you arrive in China, even if fewer than 3 days have passed. If you buy shortly before arrival, you may not receive the full 3 days.
Service boundaries
We do not provide legal, visa, immigration, medical, emergency, or real-time on-trip assistance. We do not sell tour packages. Support does not include voice calls, video calls, or remote control of your device. We cannot guarantee payment platform approvals, entry outcomes, bookings, or the continued accuracy of third-party rules and services. The support service is limited to pre-trip preparation and stops after you arrive in China.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking official requirements, protecting your documents, making bookings, and making final travel decisions.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, passport images, or other sensitive account details by email, WeChat, or screenshot.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel before work begins.
