China Trip Helper collects only the information needed to provide personalized pre-trip preparation services and respond to your questions.
Information we collect
We collect your contact details, trip dates, destinations, travel group details, general device and payment setup information, concerns, and questions when relevant to your service. Support customers may optionally provide a WeChat ID. We do not ask for passport numbers, passport images, payment card numbers, passwords, or detailed medical records.
How we use information
We use your information to prepare your report, provide support, communicate about your order, improve the service when you opt in, and maintain basic business records.
Service providers
We use service providers for payment processing, website hosting, database storage, and transactional email, including Creem, Vercel, Supabase, and Resend. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
WeChat ID
If you choose the support service, you may optionally provide a WeChat ID. We use it only to contact you and provide the pre-trip support you purchased. You can still use email if you do not have WeChat installed.
Optional use of questions and feedback
Your form allows you to decide whether we may use anonymized questions to improve the service and whether we may request feedback. These choices are optional.
Protect your sensitive information
We do not ask for passport numbers, passport images, payment card numbers, passwords, or detailed medical records. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, passport images, or other sensitive account details by email, WeChat, or screenshot.
